Home Instead, your trusted source of in-home senior care for over 24 years, is currently seeking a Full-Time Recruitment/Retention Coordinator to carry out daily Human Resource responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Schedule and conduct all interviews
  • Perform background checks and drug screening on potential candidates
  • Schedule and conduct all new hire orientations
  • Create and maintain all personnel files
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the efforts of attracting new Care Professionals
  • Produce all necessary monthly and periodic reports
  • Administer and conduct all Care Professionals recognition programs
  • Produce monthly newsletter to be sent out to all Care Professionals
  • Perform on-call duties as scheduled
  • Manage all unemployment claims as they come in
  • Plan and assist with conducting quarterly Care Professionals meetings
