Position Overview
The Lead Care Pro position will perform all duties under the Care Pro job description along with additional duties to support key player job functions which could include the following: Care Pro engagement activities, Care Pro training, Care Pro & client inquiries, and client care support.

- This position guarantees that you will be paid for a minimum of 40 hours per week.

- All guaranteed hours will be paid at a consistent rate of $15 per hour.

- Lead Care Pro’s will have the same two days off every week.

- 5 days of paid time off with proper notice, available in full after 90 days of employment.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must agree to the following requirements:
- Must be trained and willing to provide all types of services that a client may require, including home management tasks, and personal care tasks (Hoyer lifts, sit to-stand lifts, gait belts, brief changes, ostomy bags, bathing assistance, etc.)
- Must be willing to work with all types of clients, including males, females, couples/spouses, and clients that might have special circumstances or exhibit challenging behaviors (such as diseases like Alzheimer’s or dementia).
- Must be willing to drive to see a client in any part of our service territory.
- Must be available for certain specific days and hours (See Availability Requirements)
Availability Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must commit to being available for at least 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Please note that the lead Care Pro will need to be available Monday-Friday when it is their scheduled weekend to be off. There will also be times in this position that you are on standby, which means you must be available to work a shift between the hours of 8a-9p. When being contacted about a shift within those hours, you must return a call to the office no later than 15 minutes from when the original call was placed. As a Lead Care Professional, you are guaranteed 40 hours a week, but must be willing to work over 40 hours if needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Performs all duties under the Care Pro job description as needed.
- Care Pro engagement activities which could include:
o Care Pro Touch point Calls
o Increase meaningful participation and connections at Care Pro meetings/events
o Participate in planning & executing Care Pro meetings
o Care Pro Focus Group participation and support
o Be a resource/mentor for other Care Pros
o Celebrating Care Pro milestones
- Care Pro training activities which could include:
o Help conduct new Care Pro orientation
o Encourage and remind Care Pros to attend training classes
o Provide personal skills training for Care Pros in clients’ homes as needed
o Perform shadow opportunities to new Care Pros
o Offer feedback to key player regarding new Care Pro progress/needs
o Perform Care Pro Intros for new Care Pros and Outros as needed using the Client/Care Pro Introduction checklist
- Office responsibilities which could include:
o Answering incoming calls and directing them to the proper team member
o Calling client contacts to inform them of schedule updates
o Reading client log notes and reporting any concerns
o Assisting with any other tasks around the office
- Other duties as assigned.

- Have a passion to support the clients through client inquires and quality care visits.
- Has a professional and courteous voice on the phone.
- Complete all required training through the online learning platform designated by franchise office.
- Participate in company sponsored training and social events including Care Pro meetings.
- Ability to communicate to all Care Pros and clients in a friendly and congenial manner
